EMBER Real Estate Investment & Development (EMBER), the developer of The Grand Prairie in Hockley, TX, is excited to announce plans for the very first elementary school in the community, a new on-site school in Hockley. Because education and convenience are a priority for each of the families who plan on calling The Grand Prairie home, it was a priority for EMBER too.
Waller ISD will be building a brand-new elementary school just off Baethe Rd. by the front entrance of the community. Though a grand opening date has not yet been set, this new elementary school reinforces the district’s commitment to helping every student in the district excel!
Students attending school in The Grand Prairie can expect a low student-to-teacher ratio, an emphasis on individualized instruction in the classroom, and a very dynamic Career and Technical Education program. Waller ISD offers 1:1 student technology districtwide which means every student will go home with a technology device… and for those shining stars who want to get ahead fast, they can earn nearly 40 hours of free dual-credit college courses with our new on-site school in Hockley!
So from elementary to middle and high school, The Grand Prairie is pleased to be partnering with Waller ISD!
